I'm a multidisciplinary technology researcher, engineer, and author at the intersection of digital identity, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure. As General Secretary of the International Organization for Identity Documents (OIDI) and author of its Constitutive Instrument, I help build global frameworks for secure identity, trust, and electronic verification systems.
I design, deploy, and maintain PKI and cryptographically-secure systems across OCI, Azure, GCP, IBM Cloud, and Kubernetes, while ensuring compliance with international technical and legal standards. My work bridges deep engineering with international policy and governance.
I develop advanced identity and biometric systems, along with high-security document issuance platforms and trust frameworks for directory services. I also explore AI, machine learning, quantum computing, and edge intelligence to enhance secure identification, verification, and government-grade infrastructure.
Current focus areas include multi-cloud identity management, federated authentication, secure PKI deployment in governmental and intergovernmental systems, citizen identity systems, and compliance with international security and technical standards. I work on crafting next-generation frameworks for digital trust, identity, and governance.
